Sanders Moving & Storage is well known across the Upstate for their high-quality moving services, and we wanted to give them an office space that reflected their commitment to excellence.
This new office for Sanders Moving & Storage in Williamston, SC is built to keep the business running smoothly. Upstate Contracting built a space where customers can find the front door easily, staff can move quickly between offices, and daily operations don’t fight the building.
Every decision, from the footprint to the finishes, supports clarity, durability, and low maintenance. The result is an office that reflects the company’s reliability and gives the team room to work, meet, and grow without constant layout changes or costly fixes.
For their Anderson location, Upstate Contracting delivered a clean, modern upfit that reflects the brand’s energy while standing up to the daily wear of high foot traffic.
Run In needed a space that would feel welcoming to everyday runners and serious athletes alike, with clear sightlines, flexible merchandising, and durable finishes. The Anderson storefront required selective structural and interior updates to create an open layout, improve product visibility, and support a smooth flow from entry to checkout.
Upstate Contracting coordinated the renovation to minimize disruption to operations and align with brand standards already established at the Greenville and Simpsonville locations. From storefront improvements to interior details, every decision was made with long‑term maintenance, comfort, and usability in mind
